Welcome to FundToHelp.com, a crowdfunding platform owned and operated by VX Web Soft.
By accessing or using FundToHelp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.
2. About FundToHelp
FundToHelp is a commercial crowdfunding platform.
FundToHelp is not an NGO, charity, nonprofit organization, bank, financial institution, or charitable organization.
Our purpose is to provide an online platform that allows individuals, organizations, and other eligible users to create crowdfunding campaigns and receive financial support from donors.
FundToHelp does not guarantee that any campaign will reach its fundraising goal.
3. Creating an Account
Users may create an account by providing required information, including an email address and password.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Protecting your account from unauthorized access.
All activity conducted through your account.
You must notify FundToHelp if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Creating a Campaign
Campaign organizers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their campaigns.
When creating a campaign, you agree that:
Your information is truthful and accurate.
Your fundraising purpose is genuine.
You have the right to use any photographs, videos, text, or other content you upload.
Funds will be used for the purpose represented in your campaign.
You will not mislead donors.
5. Prohibited Campaigns
You may not use FundToHelp for campaigns involving illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities.
FundToHelp may review, restrict, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate these Terms, our policies, payment-provider requirements, or applicable laws.
6. Donations
Donors are responsible for reviewing campaign information before making a donation.
FundToHelp provides the platform for connecting donors and campaign organizers but does not guarantee the accuracy of every statement made by a campaign organizer.
By donating, you understand that your donation is intended for the campaign you selected.
7. Campaign Fees
FundToHelp may deduct a 5% platform fee from funds raised through a campaign.
Applicable payment gateway and transaction processing charges may also apply.
The remaining campaign proceeds may be transferred to the campaign owner according to FundToHelp's payout procedures.
8. Payouts
Funds raised through a campaign may be transferred to the campaign owner after applicable payment processing, verification, security checks, fees, and other requirements have been satisfied.
FundToHelp may temporarily hold, delay, restrict, or review funds when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, chargebacks, suspicious activity, policy violations, or legal requirements.
9. Platform Business Model
FundToHelp operates as a business and charges fees for providing its crowdfunding platform and related services.
FundToHelp is not a nonprofit organization and does not represent itself as an NGO.
10. User Content
Campaign organizers retain responsibility for content they upload.
By publishing content on FundToHelp, you grant FundToHelp permission to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as necessary to provide and promote the platform and campaign.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
11. Privacy
Your use of FundToHelp is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
FundToHelp does not sell your personal information or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the platform, including payment processors and technical providers.
12. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.
Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
FundToHelp is not responsible for the independent services, systems, policies, or availability of third-party payment providers.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
FundToHelp may suspend or terminate an account or campaign if we reasonably believe that:
The user violated these Terms.
The campaign contains misleading or fraudulent information.
The account is being used for illegal activity.
There is suspicious or fraudulent payment activity.
The account presents a security or legal risk.
The user violates applicable payment-provider requirements.
14. No Guarantee of Fundraising Success
FundToHelp does not guarantee that:
A campaign will receive donations.
A campaign will reach its fundraising goal.
A campaign will receive any particular amount of funds.
A campaign will remain active for a particular period.
Fundraising success depends on factors outside FundToHelp's control.
15. Platform Availability
We attempt to keep FundToHelp available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues, payment-provider issues, or circumstances outside our control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FundToHelp and VX Web Soft will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of the platform, campaigns, donations, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on FundToHelp.com with a revised effective date.
