1. About This Policy
FundToHelp is a commercial crowdfunding platform owned and operated by VX Web Soft.
FundToHelp provides technology and platform services that allow users to create crowdfunding campaigns and receive donations.
2. Platform Services Are Non-Refundable
Fees paid to FundToHelp for the use of our platform and services are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by FundToHelp.
This includes platform-related fees charged for crowdfunding services.
3. Platform Fee
For campaigns using FundToHelp, we may deduct a 5% platform fee from funds raised.
In addition to the FundToHelp platform fee, applicable payment gateway/transaction processing charges may also be deducted from the transaction or campaign proceeds.
The applicable fees should be clearly displayed or communicated to campaign organizers before or during the relevant transaction.
Example
If a campaign receives $100 in donations:
Gross donation: $100
FundToHelp platform fee: 5% = $5
Payment gateway charges: applicable gateway fee
Remaining amount: transferred to the campaign owner, subject to applicable conditions.
4. Donations
Donations made to a campaign are intended to support the campaign selected by the donor.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it may be transferred or made available to the campaign owner in accordance with FundToHelp's payment and payout procedures.
Because donations are directed toward campaigns, donations are generally non-refundable, except where:
A refund is required by applicable law;
A transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent;
A payment was duplicated;
FundToHelp determines that a refund is appropriate; or
The payment processor reverses or disputes the transaction.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
If a donation is charged back, reversed, disputed, or refunded by the payment processor, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the campaign balance or future campaign payouts.
6. Campaign Cancellation
Campaign organizers may request cancellation of their campaign.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund of platform fees or other service fees already paid or incurred.
